During the commemoration mark of 75 years since World War II in Narvik in May 2015, Former Defense Minister Ine Eriksen Søreide was presented with a painting of two Polish participants. The Polish president was also present.

The two participants were invited to Narvik together with the mayor of Proszowice. They participated in a collaboration project between Norwegian and Polish youth from Bindal and Proszowice. During the visit to Norway, the Polish participants had the theme: "Munch's scream-my scream". They visited the Munch Museum in Oslo, and the picture was painted in Bindalseidet, Norway in a painting workshop in 2014.
