Peacepainting has had a long and wonderful partnership with School 200 in Yekaterinburg, Russia. As traveling and carrying out physical exchanges and workshops has been limited during the Covid Pandemic, we have initiated a project between Terråk Skole in Norway and School 200 in Yekaterinburg, where the two exchange paintings for exhibitions. The paintings created by pupils at each school are shipped by post between Russia and Norway for exhibitions.
There was originally a plan for pupils from Yekaterinburg to visit Terråk Skole in June 2020, but this got canceled due to the pandemic.
During the Covid Pandemic, Terråk Skole and Yekaterinburg 200 also sent Christmas presents to each other. We look forward to meeting our friends as soon as possible.
These paintings were sent from School 200 in Yekaterinburg and are currently exhibited at Terråk School in Bindal.
