Equality

With paintings and exhibitions, we strive to lift people’s (especially children’s) voices up in society.

Painting is a universal method which does not require any previous skills or language. It is therefore particularly useful to use painting as a method for expression, as it includes everybody and creates a common platform.

Painting has also been found to have a host of other benefits, regardless of whether people have had a good or a difficult background. Painting is a subtle way for everybody to process and introspect yet nobody needs to know exactly what.

We wish to use art as a common platform for people to meet, regardless of their background

Our painting workshops are held in a context of equality and friendship between people and nations. We believe that every painting that is made in this context will tell something unique and therefore be very valuable.

By exhibiting paintings from various participants together, we wish to show that every painting is equally valuable.

Through our workshops, we wish to let people express themselves freely and become aware that they are worth being listened to.

Through the exhibitions, we wish to give a voice to those who would otherwise find it difficult to reach out in society.
